The Geckos scored five runs in the third on its way to an 8-1 victory over Artichokes on Saturday.  Dylan Fesperman and Greg Bozinovich each drove in runs during the inning. Carson Jacobs was on the pitcher's mound for GateWay. The righty lasted five innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out six. Ismael Garcia started the game for Artichokes. The hurler went five innings, allowing six runs on eight hits, striking out six and walking zero.  The Geckos launched two home runs on the day. Bozinovich had a homer in the third inning. Fesperman hit GW's second homer of the day in the fifth inning. GateWay tallied eleven hits on the day.  Treston Shallenberger and Fesperman each had multiple hits for GateWay.  Shallenberger led the Geckos with three hits in four at bats.
