Geckos Tie Coyotes in a Close Battle at Phoenix Rising Stadium

The GateWay Geckos faced the Coyotoes of Chandler-Gilbert in a tight battle all the way to the end under the lights at Phoenix Rising Stadium on Tuesday night. The game ended in a 1-1 tie with both teams getting a goal in during the second half of the game. After a scoreless first half the Geckos got the first goal in when Josh Quezada made a shot off an assist from Michael Molina in the 63rd minute. CGCC would answer back in the 70th minute when Kelii Kiiehua assisted Sevastian Vega on their lone goal for the night. 

Gateway finished the night with 4 shots while Chandler-Gilbert got 6 off. Gabriel Munoz recorded 5 saves for the Geckos in goal. Luis Toledo and Quezada challanged CGs goalie and back line getting multiple drives towards the goal throught the game.
