Gateway got off to a strong start, scoring two goals in the first half. Olivia Waterhouse scored off of assists from Devony Navarro and Alexis Hicks. Kenna Cassey added a second goal.
The Geckos added two more goals in the second half to put the game away! Navarro scored in the 55th minute and again in the 60th minute.
Gateway held a 6-3 advantage in corner kicks and the Geckos goalkeeper Josephine Cisneros made 10 saves to earn the win. Paradise Valley goalkeeper Katy Churchwell made 5 saves in the loss.
